PEERLESS DEBARKING™

 Debarking with chains require a premium chain. Peerless debarking chains are designed to fulfill these high requirements:

- Increase the chip quality by reducing the bark content.

- Increase the amount of debarked wood per chain.

- Decrease maintenaince time by increasing the useful lif of the chains. 

PEERLESS™ debarking chains are subject to a continuos and rigorous quality control process  and extensive testing in the manufacturing process. They are available in three different types: 630 short 656 heavy and the revolutionary  PEERLESS™ 656 with round links.

PEERLESS™ 630 Short Link: designed to work in different environments and climates, with materials which are a Little thinner and shorter. But still a chain with a long useful life (also available in other lengths).

PEERLESS™ 656 Link Heavy Duty: designed for any type of wood and climates, with strong links, manufactured for the requirements of  more exact debarking (also available in other lengths).

PEERLESS™ 656 Round link: a similar material to that of the heavy duty chain 656, but designed for the rotation of the links, increasing the life of the chain about 30%.  The design of the round link has 10% more material that the heavy duty chain 656. This  improves the elimination of the bark and the final quality of the chip. This is a Premium chain that is now available in the market.
