Park vehicle on firm, level ground and away from the flow of traffic. Lay the chains out on the ground next to the tyres they are intended to cover. Fold chain to half of its width. Both sidecables should be in front of you. The sidecable with the black fastener should be on the ground.
Keep the cable chain folded and drape it over the top of the outside tyre. Both sidecables are at the front of the tyre.
Flip top half of the chain over the top of the inside tyre. Make sure that the smooth sides of the eyelets (marked „TIRE SIDE") are against the tyre.
Roll onto the chain by moving vehicle 60-90 cm (two or three feet / ¼ tyre revolution). Connect the inside fastener.
Connect the outside latch fastener and secure with keeper link.

Insert the rubber/hook centre rail fastener on the QuickDraw centre rail chain through the oval ring. Pull on the centre rail fastener to remove all excess slack in the centre rail chain. Hook the centre rail fastener back onto the centre rail chain as far from the oval ring as possible. At this point, the centre rail chain shackles should be located in the area between the dual tyres to avoid contacting the road surface.

After driving a short distance, check the chain tightness. If necessary, retighten the tensioning chain.
